3. In case the Dealer you contact cannot provide a repair solution or does not meet your requirements, please contact our After-sales Service Department at hot wire. Then, please provide us with the following information:

  • Information about you, information about the vehicle, technical condition of the vehicle and your requests.
  • Information about the Dealer where you bring your car to complain, professional qualifications and service attitude.
